• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Timeframe:

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we have received and inspected your returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
